New features: PayPal, self service re-orders, internationalisation and more

Ah, my first post on the official blog.
Here at MOO HQ, we update the site and code pretty much every day. Since launch, we’ve actually made about over 300 bugfixes or minor improvements. But this week we rolled out a bunch of things that we’re very excited about, because they’re the features you’ve been requesting the most.
The biggies are:
- You can now buy MiniCards with Paypal. Many, many people requested this as a payment method.
- We’ve added an account page, where you can
- track your current orders
- re-order previous packs.
- generally self-manage to your heart’s content.
- Internationalisation. Our biggest bug when we launched was definitely not having the support we wanted for international character sets. This is now fixed, and we can print cards in more or less all the languages of the world:

- We’ve improved the colour profiling so that images print even better.
- There’s also been lots of small changes that should make the site faster, better, and altogether more shiny.
I think unicode support actually makes the site smell better too : )
the phrase in chinese funnily reads “we are a lucky printer” :) sounds cute to me!
Ha! glad my feedback to Bri made it…see? I know my peeps…everyone Asian loves to be Lucky…
Did ya fix the +44 bug i was having with the new changes you made?

@ Phil – thanks for your mail, we’re still looking into this.
Do you have a list of the charsets supported, or some kinda way of seeing whether the chars I use will be ok?
I got cards previously, and though the preview looked just fine, the actual cards were all duffed up =( I’d rather not order more without knowing the preview was really right =)

We now support all the given character sets in the Unicode specification. There’s a full list here:

Great to see the re-order functionality. Even better to see it has stored my first order from a coupla months ago.. Awesome!
You got the Hebrew one pretty well. Now I have to do another order – in Hebrew! Darn :)
