MOO’s hidden agenda
At MOO, we don’t just love to print – we love to design too. And from the accessories that complement your cards, to the packaging that protects them, we like to add a little MOO magic to every single aspect of our business.
Which is why we thought a blog about the fun, hidden elements we’ve included in your MOO products was a good idea – after all, there’s no sense in creating multi-tasking packaging if nobody knows how to use it!
Make a stand
The Mosaic Frame is one of our best-selling accessories for your MOO MiniCards. It displays your cards landscape or portrait when hung on a wall, and it’s a unique way to showcase your photos or designs.
However, with a little bit of insider knowledge, and a few minutes of spare crafting time, you can create a stand for your Mosaic Frame from the packaging it came in. We’ve included an easy-to-follow pattern on the inside of the protective panel that the frame sits in.
What better way to recycle?
Break out of the box
You’ve seen our brand new Business Card holder The Showcase, right? In case you missed it, it’s a really cool way to hand out your Business cards when you’re out and about networking or making deals.
But the Showcase has another trick up its sleeve. Split the packaging along the perforated line to turn it into a pair of mini box files – which are perfect for storing all the cards you collect from future contacts.
And you have to admit, they’re ridiculously cute!
Less is more
One of the best parts of being part of MOO is seeing what innovative ideas our clients will come up with next, using either our products, or our packaging. And there’s nothing we like more than seeing all the ways you use our products as part of your business.
That’s why we came up with WhiteLabel Packaging. It’s the same great quality MOO packaging, but completely free from MOO branding – leaving it a blank canvas for you to put your own personal stamp on it.
We’ve just extended our range to include our Postcard packaging, and made it easier and more cost effective – order 20 or 60 Postcards and you’ll receive our new sleeve and envelope packaging
The MOO sleeve is removable, leaving a blank box of Postcards that you can brand with your personalized logo on stickers, your own branded sleeve, or by tucking a Business Card or MiniCard into the slots provided.
In the case of an emergency
In 2009 we re-designed our MiniCard boxes to make them more eco friendly and we also added ‘Mine’ and ‘Theirs’ file tabs so you could organize your cards efficiently.
For some lucky customers, they will receive the ‘Favourites’ tab! It does what it says on the tin, allowing you to select your favourite cards to give out. But it has an added bonus; an Emergency MiniCard! So if you’ve run out of cards, simply rip the Emergency Card off along the perforated line, write your details in and hand it over.
