Spreading the MOO love
Whether you’re cozying up by the fire during the recent blizzards, or embracing the cold weather by ice-skating or skiing with a sweetheart, Valentine’s Day is approaching. We know love is in the air. In fact, we’ve even received some love and thankfulness from many of you! We’ve been grateful to have several happy customers give us a taste of their products (literally) after helping them out with their MOO orders.
What could be better than receiving a box of baklava in the mail while we’re hard at work answering your customer service questions? We’re not sure, because the baklava we received from Glad Annie’s Old World Baklava, was some of the best baklava we’ve ever had! Based in Ohio, Annie only sold her baklava locally and never shipped any of her products. However, after Zac from our customer service crew assisted her with an order, she shipped her first batch of baklava by mail…to us at MOO! We at MOO know that food is definitely one of the best ways to a person’s heart, so why not bake some cookies or send some treats along to your Valentine?
Another one of our customer service assistants, David, now has a cubicle decorated with memorabilia from the Blue Angels, the flight demonstration team of the U.S. Navy. One of our customers, Jennifer Childs, was in touch with a member of the Blue Angels. After she received assistance from David on one of her orders with MOO, she mailed us an assortment of posters and photographs of our country’s oldest flying acrobatic team. Seeing these pictures everyday at work reminds us of our amazing customers.
Nothing says “I love you” more than receiving something personal and hand-made. Jane Pierce, the owner of etsy seller zJayne, took the time to send us a personal gift from her upcycled, eco-friendly product line. After redesigning cards for zJayne through the Business Card Project, Graphic Designer Snow received a personalized hand-sewn satchel along with three lavender-infused dryer pouches.
We at MOO are thankful that Jane and many of our customers have put in the time to express their gratitude.
