Obviously you want people to open the present they’ve received or parcel they’ve ordered – but if you’ve done a great job with the packaging, they’ll probably think twice about ripping the paper off without taking the time to admire the effort!
Once again, we turn to our creative community for inspiration – because while we make the cards, we never stop learning ways to use them from you. And these three examples are a really good start to unleashing your pretty packaging potential.
Photographer Robyn’s an old friend of MOO – and she’s a lady who understands the positive power of packaging. She creates festive MiniCard gift tags and Stickers every year for her online shop Paperie Boutique customers – and as everyone knows, you can’t go wrong with a classic candy cane.
Fotomarathon Berlin is a non-profit photo contest that spans 12 hours, and themes revealed every 4 hours, culminating in an exhibition of over 8000 photos! “This jar was a thank you to our sponsors, containing a 3.5 m long filmstrip with one of the photo series exhibited that year.” And of course, no gift jar – be it photos, jam or something else delicious – is complete without a QR coded MiniCard gift tag and logo sticker!
Cupcakes for Clara is a collection of whimsical goodies from puppet maker and master crafter Laura Clempson. Laura makes paper dolls, stationery, art prints and more – including these fantastic notecard sets, complete with a sheet of festive Stickers. Fantastic!
