A couple of weeks ago, we shared a crafty piece of inspiration for your left-over Christmas Cards and showed you how to create your very own crafty star. So we thought we’d continue the theme of home-made decorations made from printed products, and this time I was inspired by Chinese paper lanterns, and I realised they sort of look like baubles, too!

This craft is really straightforward to make; you don’t even need any glue, so it’s less messy! You’ll just need 2 greeting cards, a hole-puncher, a pencil, a ruler, 2 paper fasteners, 1 piece of string.
Here’s how to …Continue reading this article…
Last month we showcased some innovative Christmas and Holiday Cards that MOO Creative Director Matt G tracked down. This got us thinking; there must be hundreds of wonderful designs out there in the big wide world that Matt simply wouldn’t have time to track down by himself. So we asked our friends on Facebook and Twitter to show us what they’d seen or created.
We got so many responses that there’s simply not enough blog space to hold them all! We’ve picked just a selection of designs that really caught our eye. Without further ado, here are our top picks:

I always appreciate receiving a handmade present, there’s something rather personal and special about it. When we decided to make new sets of Greeting Cards, I wanted to bring as much as possible of a handmade feel into my designs.
For inspiration I settled on one of the most iconic seasonal themes and symbols; the snowflake. Snowflakes are incredibly intricate and fascinating objects that always amaze me when I see them up close. ‘But how do I bring the human touch into a printed product?’, I asked myself. The answer to this question lies in the combination of paper and photography. I decided to create five different …Continue reading this article…
We just launched a new range of Greeting Card packs, and we’re rather pleased with them. It occurred to us, though, that we’re not the only ones who come up with creative designs. We’d absolutely love to see the cool company greetings you’ve sent and received or simply stumbled upon. You can share your finds with us by posting them on our Facebook page or by Tweeting them to us @overheardatmoo.
To get us started, we turned to Matt G – MOO’s very own creative guru (and fashion guru, have you seen those jumpers?) He thought he’d have a look around for how companies …Continue reading this article…
Despite not having the scariest of product ranges (what could be scary about Business Cards?) we do quite enjoy Halloween here at MOO HQ. Mainly because it gives us an excuse to dress up in silly costumes and eat lots of tasty treats.
And with fright night only a couple of weeks away, we’d thought we would ask for inspiration from our wonderful customers. We asked you to show us your uses of MOO products in your Halloween celebrations. And we were absolutely delighted with what you showed us. Here are our favourites.
These tasty (trust us, we sampled them!) and stylishly wrapped Pate de Fruits by our friends at Zukr Boutique who use …Continue reading this article…

It seems like only yesterday I was stuffing my face with Easter eggs, yet we’re already preparing for Christmas! (In fairness, I WAS stuffing my face with Easter eggs. They had turned a little white, but when a man on the corner is selling chocolate from a supermarket trolley at a ridiculous discount, you buy it!)
The rest of my family is back in Australia, so what’s the best way to remind them that I miss them and that I’m not jealous of the amazing, sunny, delicious BBQ they’ll be having? Christmas Cards!
I’ve always liked things that have more than one use. I’m also a big fan of fancy dress. So naturally, when I was coming …Continue reading this article…
As we may have told you a couple times before, we absolutely love looking through all the photos of your MOO creations posted on our Facebook wall and in our Flickr pool. Recently (can’t think why) we’ve found our eyes particularly drawn to Christmas Cards. We’ve come across some great examples out there and, since we’re the sharing type, you know what that means – round up time!
Graphic greetings
Illustrator Katie admits she had some fun making these Christmas Cards, scanning in textured papers like wallpaper, handmade paper, security envelopes to create her digital collage.
Crossing two yuletide heroes, Rudolph and Santa, Tim has made his very own …Continue reading this article…
With London enveloped in a rather unseasonable blanket of snow (and our Rhode Island office laughing at our inability to cope) MOO Towers is beginning to resemble a Brutalist version of a winter wonderland. And with this white loveliness, we’ve found our minds wandering away from the normal worries of the week to the excitement to come – Parties, Mince Pies, Sherry and the tinkle of sleigh bells across the sky. Did we also mention Sherry?
But as excited as we are, we mustn’t forget to remind you to place your orders for the Holidays soon, so that we can be sure to get them to you in time. Below you’ll see our order cut-off dates for our various shipping options. …Continue reading this article…
It’s November and we’re already feeling festive here at MOO HQ. Nothing says holiday cheer like a bright and beautiful card celebrating all that’s great about the season. So why not spread the cheer with festive Greeting Cards?
We know that finding that perfect holiday image can be tricky and that’s why we’ve added some new designs to our Holiday Card Ready Made Gallery. Our personal favorites? These designs from our designer Snow. She’s been hard at work designing some new Ready Mades that we hope you like.
See these beautiful designs (and hundreds more!) in our Ready Made Gallery. We’ve got something for every taste and style. So …Continue reading this article…
As we mentioned a couple of weeks ago when we launched our Photo Enhancement tool, this is a very exciting time at MOO. Over the next few months you’ll see plenty of additions, and some dramatic changes to the site and the way it works.
So today is the day to tell you about the next new feature to debut on the site – Save Your Project.
This has been perhaps the most requested product feature of the past few months. Lots of you spend many hours crafting and perfecting your MOO cards, and the ability to take a break and come back to finish it later would allow you to take the time you need to make sure everything is …Continue reading this article…
