We’ve all used some kind of letter-printing set, as children, and there’s something fascinating about these wooden letterpress letters, even if you’re not a designer or typographer. What I like most about wooden type are the little imperfections, which gives each letter its very own character. These greetings will make everyone smile. Photography by Rob Wilson

About the designer

Felix Ackermann is a freelance graphic designer and self-confessed typography geek. He graduated from Central Saint Martins College in BA Graphic Design, after spending his first two undergraduate years at Curtin University of Perth, Australia. Felix has worked for City & Guilds, Queen Rania of Jordan, and is part of Ludopoli's design team. He has a special interest in pushing the boundaries of conventional typography and his work has been featured in Wallpaper magazine, among other arts and design related publications. Felix has spoken at Typography Day, an international typography conference. Felix grew up in Germany and has lived in both Swaziland and Australia. He now resides in London.

What are MOO Designs?

They’re perfect if you don’t have your own design, or if you’re looking for something that’s tailored specifically to your industry. You can add your details and we'll send you a pack that are as professional as you are!
I don't like one of the cards
No problem! You can remove any card from the pack when you start customising them. That way the pack truly represents exactly what you want them to.

Alternatively, you can build your own fully customised products using our "Full Upload" or "Design Your Own" tools.
Can I get these designs on your other products too?
Some MOO Designs are available on multiple products, but we don't have an easy way to browse them at the moment (sorry!). If you'd like to try and find matching products, we'd recommend searching for the pack name on the relevant product's "MOO Designs" page.
