The great thing about this design is that the floating fragments of letters imply that the events that precede sending a thank you card were stressful, and tough, and caused a certain amount of emotional damage. You'd send a card like this at the end of a long and difficult project, to show your team you appreciate their patience and diligence in a tight spot.
