About the designer preview

Pino Tovaglia was one of Milan’s top graphic designers in the 1960s, a time when Italy was the style capital of the world. I was inspired by his 1964 advertising campaign for Pirelli tyres to go for large areas of white, broken only by a single line with the bare minimum of information possible, for a classic, eye-catching and enormously stylish Notecard.
