That's a wrap

Postcards

This classic pine tree print is reminiscent of two of our favourite festive activities: wrapping gifts to give to loved ones and decorating Christmas trees. Low-key and without frills, the repetition and geometric abstraction of this minimalist design makes it an eye-catching choice.

About the designer preview

This design was inspired by the repetition of Christmas wrapping paper. It’s not supposed to be literal – just a graphic representation of a common holiday tradition. The repetition is interrupted by the impression of an overlapping of the design, the way it might look if you were folding the wrapping paper around a present. I used Christmas trees because it’s an easily recognisable holiday shape, but can still seem geometric and abstract when repeated.
