Head of Marketing
Overview
We’re looking for Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing team based in either London or Boston area.
The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and delivering MOO’s global marketing strategy in order to accomplish three core objectives:
- acquire new business card customers
- increase the number of returning customers
- increase the recommendation rate of MOO by our customers
You will lead a small team of marketers and outside agencies working both in London and US, to ensure the plan is executed successfully. Your analytical approach will ensure we continue to test and refine while your creative side ensures we explore new opportunities for the MOO brand.
If you love seeing results first hand, and are that rare breed that is equally happy leading strategy development, building partnerships or analysing the details of a search campaign with the team, then this challenge is for you.
You will report directly to the VP Marketing & Product and join a smart, enthusiastic and very passionate team.
Responsibilities:
- Development of a 360-marketing plan, which considers all channels (both off and online) while continuing to build a well-loved brand;
- Lead the execution of the plan ensuring it stays on budget, monitor results of all marketing programs and analyse performance to find opportunities for further improvement;
- Responsible for high-level weekly reports and full wrap-up reports on a monthly basis;
- Responsible for the allocation and management of the marketing budget. You will also track progress and report back to management team on monthly basis;
- Management of a team of marketers across multiple locations;
- Negotiation of contracts with agencies and suppliers;
- Responsible for new business development, forge new strategic partnerships chosen to deliver new customers , develop new sales channels and build awareness among our target audience;
- Refinement of our social media strategy along side the Creative Director/Community Manager.
About You
Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Substantial marketing and PR experience preferably from both a big agency and in-house background;
- Must have relevant US marketplace experience;
- Specific experience in e-commerce preferred;
- Direct, Online, SEO and Social Media have served as your secret weapons in the past;
- Love setting the strategy but get the most satisfaction out of executing and refining the plan;
- Proven experience and ability in developing strong business relationships with external partners;
- Proven experience in managing large online marketing budgets;
- Proven experience managing and leading a team;
- Graduated with a relevant degree.

Overview
MOO is looking for a Junior Unix Systems Administrator to join the Development team based in Old Street, London.
MOO is built on Debian running Apache, PHP and MySQL with a large helping of ActionScript.
Reporting to the Network Infrastructure Manager, you will bring a solid understanding of UNIX/LINUX operating systems to the table with the appetite to continue learning more about these technologies and the commercial application of them.
Over time additional responsibility will be given for care and maintenance of MOO’s servers. In addition to supporting the company’s use of technology across all three sites, including providing technical insight into issues on mostly OS X and occasional Microsoft platforms.

Overview
MOO is looking for a QA Analyst to join the Development team based in Old Street, London.
MOO is built on Debian running Apache, PHP and MySQL with a large helping of ActionScript.
As a QA analyst you will evaluate and test new or modified software, work closely with the development team and the product management team to design effective test cases. You will also be expected to document test cases, record and report on the outcome of these tests scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, document and execute test plans;
- Maintain and execute a suite of test case documentation;
- Effectively communicate testing activities and results in oral and written formats;
- Participate in effective estimation, planning and quality risk analysis.
About You
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Proven experience of test case analysis and design;
- Hands on testing experience of a web application;
- Proven experience with bug reporting tools and bug databases, preferably JIRA;
- Familiarity of agile software development practices, preferably hands on experience of SCRUM;
- Knowledge of UNIX, OS X and Windows.

Overview
We’re looking for an amazing Senior Web Designer to join our Creative team based in Old Street, London.
With initial focus on a complete re-design of the moo.com site, you’ll be reporting to the Creative Director and working collaboratively with other members of the team – from our UX Designer to our product managers and junior designer.
A fun and hard-working environment, everything at MOO is designed with the customer in mind. Usability is at the forefront, but never at the expense of, great visual design. We’re as proud of our physical products as we are of moo.com itself, and look to provide a seamless journey between the two.
With strong commercial experience, you’ll be comfortable designing large-scale dynamic templates, as you will add the tiny special touches. Details mean everything to you, and you’re passionate about good design. A creative thinker able to see past the current trend, you’ll relish the prospect of making your mark on this much-loved brand.

- Work with the Creative Director to develop the visual language for moo.com and working with the wider team to ensure this makes the transition from designs to a fully coded site.
- Work with the brand and ensure consistency in all online customer touch points.

Overview
We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Online Product Manager to join our Product team to focus on the development of a premium shopping experience.
Based on market knowledge, research and a devotion to the MOO customer, the Product team is responsible for the strategy, development and performance of MOO’s industry leading product portfolio and online shopping experience.
You will be responsible for developing a premium online shopping experience to match our physical products. The Product Manager will own the development of the online store, shopping and payments experience for the MOO customer.
The Senior Product Manager will work closely with the Head of Product and will ideally demonstrate:
- A passion for creating remarkable online experience;
- A deep understanding of customer wants and needs;
- A confident grasp of ecommerce and up to date on evolving web trends;
- Ability to focus on existing product needs while keeping an eye on future trends and opportunities for innovations;
- The ability to own the product development process from business need through to launch.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Head of Product to translate business strategies into online store strategies, partnerships and initiatives that deliver against our core customer wants and needs;
- Responsible for site conversion and development of an award winning online store;
- Responsible for developing a premium shopping experience for MOO’s customers;
- Ensure the consumers voice is represented through all online store initiatives;
- Effectively collaborate with Technical, Marketing, UX, Design and Operations teams to successfully drive projects through to completion;
