To redeem your Gift Certificate, you need to find out which country it was bought in.
If, at the time of purchase, your billing address was in: USA, Canada, Mexico, South America, Hong Kong or China, then you will need to use this, the USA store. If the certificate was bought anywhere else in the world, then use the European store.
If you're not sure where the gift certificate was bought, don't worry - contact Customer Service with your details and they will be able to help you out.
- How do I redeem my gift certificate?
- Simply head over to the Gift Certificate page and enter your code. You'll be able to make the item you've been bought, and have it shipped anywhere in the world, at no cost at all.
- Will Gift Certificates ever be available to buy again?
- We do hope to launch them at some point, but we're unable to give an exact date just yet.
