What are MOO Postcards?
MOO Postcards are like the Postcards you know and love, but of course with a special MOO something. These Postcards allow you to choose a different image or design for each of the 20 cards in a pack, and you can upload the images yourself, import them from another site (like Flickr) or choose images from one of our designers. You can use our online tool to design the back of the cards too, with a choice of colours, fonts and layouts.
So how big are they? And what are they made of, MOO?
Our Postcards measure 148mm x 105 mm (that's 5.8"x4.1" if you're from across the pond), which is the regular Postcard size. They are printed on heavy paper, with a nice, smooth gloss finish. Only the front has the laminate, the reverse is uncoated so you can easily write your own message.
What am I supposed to do with my MOO Postcards?
Send them to people of course! You can use your MOO Postcards as invitations, fliers, moving house and new baby announcements or to show off your lovely holiday photos. You can use them to promote your business or yourself (there's no point in having *hidden* talents, after all). You could also keep them all for yourself, which is often what people end up doing with their MOO products, no matter how often we suggest you share!
How are MOO Postcards printed?
Postcards are printed on digital printing presses which use a 4 color ink process.
How much do they cost?
To see prices for a single pack, or for bulk discounts, head over to the 'paying for your stuff FAQ'.
How much is shipping - and how long will it take?
For the cost of shipping a single order - or a bulk delivery - and to find out how long your order will take, please see the delivery FAQ.
What's the difference between a 20 pack and a 60 pack?
Both packs of Postcards contain the same beautifully printed Postcards, with the option of having a different image on every single card (yes, even for the 60 pack). However, if you buy a 60 pack, you'll get a 15% discount on the cost of 3 packs of 20 Postcards, which we think is a pretty good deal. Our packs of 60 Postcards also come in a nice folder to keep them safe and sound during transport.
Can I get my cards printed in other languages and character sets?
Yes, you can. MOO supports all the given character sets in the Unicode Specifications. That means everything from the full European set, to African, Indic and Asian scripts.
Do my photographs have to be landscape? Can I have cards the other way up?
Once you have selected the images youd like on your Postcards, you can use our online tool to crop and rotate them. This means you can choose portrait or landscape images - whatever takes your fancy.
Does MOO retain any rights to the photos I uploaded for printing?
Absolutely not. Your images remain your copyright, they belong to you, not MOO.

We may store them for a period of time, to facilitate re-ordering, but only you will be able to re-order the images you upload.

I heard I can make Postcards with a 'partner' site… who are your partners?
MOO partners with quite a few different sites. See our full list to find out more details, or to upload your photos to MOO directly.
Do you sell stamps with the Postcards?
Afraid not. We would love to, but we ship globally - 152 countries so far - and that's a lot of countries with a lot of stamps for us to stock. Sorry about that.
Do you sell envelopes with the Postcards?
Not right now, but this is something we think would be a good idea, so hope to introduce the option very soon.
Can you address and send out my Postcards for me?
Well... no. Where's the fun in that! The nice thing about Postcards is that they're short and sweet, a little note to show someone you're thinking about them. Quicker than a letter, nicer than an email. They takes less than 5 minutes to write and are so much better when they're personally signed. Maybe we'll offer this service in the future, if you absolutely insist, but for now, we're all about nice, personal messages. Bring back pens!
