- How much does postage and packaging cost, MOO?

Well, that depends on what you order, and how heavy it is. Our pricing is calculated based on weight and destination, which type of shipping you've requested and a small packing/handling fee.
Here's a few examples of how it works out in the USA:

- We're afraid not. We can only reduce postage and packaging costs when we send multiple items to the same location.
- How long does it take to PRINT my order?
- It takes 4 business days to print and package Business Cards, MiniCards, Postcards or Greeting Cards
- How long does it take to DELIVER my order, once it's been printed?
- Once your items have been printed it takes:
5 business days for First Class Mail
2-3 business days for Priority Mail
Next business day for Express Mail
To International destinations
2-3 weeks for First Class Mail International
1-2 weeks for Priority Mail International
5 business days for Express International
Please note that some destinations outside the continental USA may take longer than the time specified here, depending on the local postal service in your country. - What days do you send stuff out, and where from?
- MOO ships out products from Monday to Friday from our facility in Providence, RI. (MOO was born in England but ships from Rhode Island too!)
- Do you deliver to where I live?
- Sure! MOO delivers to every country on earth! If you have an address, MOO delivers. We send our orders out via USPS within the USA and internationally.
- I have to go out! What will happen to my order if I'm not there?

We work really hard at making sure the packages we send out are small enough to fit through a standard letterbox. If you're not in, the postman should be able to pop it through the letterbox, so it should be right there when you get home.
If you've bought a lot of stuff, then your postman should leave you a note and take it back to the depot, where you can collect it.
- I want to place a large order - will it all ship together?
- We try and ship orders of less than 10 items together. If it's more than 10 items, we might have to ship them separately.
- I've got an English version of my address and one in a non-Western alphabet what version do you want?
- If possible, we'd like the English version, please. We can of course print other character sets, but it's easier if you give us the English version, in case we need to look you up.
- Can I track my order?
- You can track the progress of your order in your account. We can tell you if it's being processed, printed or shipped. When your order ships we'll send an email with a tracking number so you can follow it online (for trackable shipping methods only, of course.)
