   3. Once your design is uploaded, submit up to ten designs to the group pool at www.flickr.com/groups/mooxmas07

2. IMPORTANT: All entries to the competition will be made available for people to buy on MOO greetings cards via the MOO website at www.moo.com/holidaycardcompetition. By adding your design to the group pool and entering the competition, you are granting MOO a non-exclusive licence to allow our customers to use your design on goods sold through moo.com. This license is solely for the purpose and promotion of the MOO Holiday Card Competition. If you do not want to grant MOO this license, you should not enter the competition.
3. The competition opens on October 18th, 2007. Entries must be submitted to the flickr group pool at www.flickr.com/groups/mooxmas07 no later than 23:59h (11:59pm) GMT on November 31st, 2007. Entries submitted after 00:00h GMT on December 1st, 2007 will not be eligible for the prizes.
4. Winners will be announced on 5th December on the MOO website, on our blog and on the main Christmas competition page at www.moo.com/holidaycardcompetition
5. The competition is open to anyone, regardless of country of residence or age, subject to clause 6 below.
6. Employees of MOO, flickr, our judges, and the immediate families of those people may contribute designs to the competition but are ineligible for the prizes.
7. You may upload a maximum of ten (10) designs to the group pool. Uploading more than this may result in your entries being disqualified and removed from the pool.
8. If your designs feature pictures of other people, you are responsible for ensuring they are happy for their picture to be entered in to this competition, and used by other people on cards sold through MOO.
9. If you are under the age of 16, you should get a parent or guardian’s permission before you enter.
10. We can only accept electronic entries submitted via flickr. As such, you will need access to a computer with a connection to the internet and a free account with flickr in order to enter. You do not need to purchase a paid account on flickr in order to take part in this competition.
11. The competition will be judged by a panel of independent judges. The judges names will be made available on the MOO website.
12. There are four prizes, each of $2000 US. These will be awarded to the entry the judges consider to be the best in each category.
    1. Best Selling: The image that is used most frequently by MOO’s customers on goods bought through the MOO website.
    2. Best Photograph: for entries that are produced by digital or other photographic means.
    3. Best Non-Photographic: for entries produced by hand, or are digitally generated – eg. Painting, drawing, textile art, 3d-rendering or other non-photographic image.
    4. Best Humorous: the funniest design.
13. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be changed.
14. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
15. Winners will be contacted by flickr mail on 5th December, 2007. Please ensure that your contact details in flickr are up to date, as we will contact the winners via flickr mail on the website. You may review your flickr mail at www.flickr.com/messages.gne?ok=1
16. In the event that a winner does not claim their prize within 30 days of being notified MOO reserves the right to withdraw the prize, or award it to another entrant.
17. Entrants retain all copyright to their entries, except for granting MOO the license to allow people to print their images on goods sold through the MOO website. MOO may also use designs in the promotion of the competition and their Holiday site.
18. Ineligible or multiple entries made fraudulently will be disqualified; as will entries that contravene the flickr terms of service and community guidelines www.flickr.com/guidelines.gne
19. MOO reserves the right to remove from the group pool and disqualify entries that it considers offensive, indecent, or objectionable, or that violate copyright.
20. MOO’s decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. MOO reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
22. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
23. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The promoter of this competition is Moo Print Ltd. (MOO) Of 6 Bakers Yard, Bakers Row, London, EC1R 3DD
24. We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission except for the purposes of running the competition which you have entered.
