Terms & conditions

1. You will retain all copyright of your work
2. By submitting your entry/entries you are allowing MOO to make available your design to print and buy by any of our customers via our website moo.com for an indefinite period of time
3. You can request your design to be removed at any time and MOO will remove the image within 5 working days
4. By submitting your entry, you understand that MOO may use your design in promotional materials/photography from time to time
5. MOO will not make any payment to the entrants if their design is chosen for the pack/MOO designer account, or when the image is purchased as part of a pack of MOO products
6. The 90 winning entrants will each receive one Flickr Pro account. This prize is non refundable/exchangeable.
7. The grand prize winner, chosen by the MOO Crew, will win - in addition to a Flickr Pro account - £100 in vouchers from design book shop, Magma. This prize is non refundable/exchangeable.
8. Each entrant can submit up to 5 different designs, and up to 5 designs may be chosen for the pack.
9. Each entrant will only be eligible to receive one Flickr pro prize each, even if more than one design is chosen for the pack.
10. If your design is selected we will attribute you alongside your design if you provide us with the name you would like to appear.
11. Having your design(s) feature in the special MOO StickerBook does not preclude you from adding it to an independent MOO designer account when this feature becomes available
12. By agreeing to MOO's terms and conditions for this competition, you are also agreeing to the T&C's of Pixish
