That's not a problem - you can edit your order up to 3 hours after placing it - simply go to Your Account, find the order in your Order History and click on the item. If you are inside the edit window, you'll be able to click the edit button.

It sounds like your artwork may not be the right shape/size. If your design is being cut off, you'll most likely need to add some space around the image using Photoshop or Illustrator.Click here for more info.
