1. How long will it take to get my order?

When you place your order, we'll give you an estimated arrival date. We aim to get the order to you before then, but that’s the date to work from if you’re on a tight deadline.

2. Can I get it any quicker?

We do aim to get all orders to you before the estimated arrival date, but we cannot make any guarantees. For the speediest turnaround, we highly recommend using the fastest delivery option. Using a trackable delivery method will also ensure it does not get lost in the mail.

3. I’ve ordered my cards, and I think there’s a mistake. Help!

That's not a problem - you can edit your order up to 3 hours after placing it - simply go to Your Account, find the order in your Order History and click on the item. If you are inside the edit window, you'll be able to click the edit button.

Please note that the editing window is only available on non-Rush orders.

4. I’ve ordered my cards. Where are they?

You can check the status of your order in your Account. It's best to check the estimated arrival date here too - if it has passed, please get in touch and we'll see if we can help out.

5. How annoying! My artwork doesn’t fit on your canvas. Why?

It sounds like your artwork may not be the right shape/size. If your design is being cut off, you'll most likely need to add some space around the image using Photoshop or Illustrator.
