Turnaround times

How long will it take for me to have my order in my hands?

It depends on which shipping method you have chosen and whether you have selected Rush Printing. Here is a table with basic turnaround times (which has printing and transit times combined, to make it easier for you to check at a glance).

Please note, all turnaround times are in working days (Mon-Fri, excluding Public Holidays) and are not guaranteed. They are simple estimates based on our experience. For the fastest possible delivery, we strongly recommend that you chose Rush Printing with Express Shipping. Please also note that international shipping is NOT fully trackable.

When you place an order, we'll show you an estimated arrival date - this is based on which product you've ordered and which shipping method you have chosen. Please note, StickerBooks take a little longer to print, so allow an extra couple of days for delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver to where I live?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in the world! From our US store we ship via the United States Postal Service, except for Express shipments to Canada for which we use DHL Express. We have three shipping options for you to choose from: First Class, Priority and Express.

I've heard that deliveries to South America and parts of Asia take a long time.

We've had reports of slow deliveries to certain places such as Brazil and Singapore. If you're concerned, choose Express delivery - it's fully trackable and usually arrives in 2-5 business days.

Where are you based?

Our headquarters is in London, England. We have also have an office in East Providence, Rhode Island, USA.

What happens to my delivery if I'm not at home?

Many of our packages are small enough to fit through most domestic letterboxes. If you picked Express shipping, your local delivery agent may require a signature. If you work during the day, it's best to have your order delivered to your work address.

I want to place a large order. Will it all ship together?

We do try to ship whole orders together. If there are any delays or some products take longer to print, we might split it up (but we'll keep it to a minimum).

I want to place a large order and have different packs delivered to different places. Do I still qualify for reduced shipping costs?

Sorry, no. We have to pay shipping for every separate delivery; we can only cut the price when multiple items are going to the same delivery address.

I've got an English version of my address and one in a non-Western alphabet. Which version should I use?

If possible, we'd like the English version, please. We can of course print other character sets, but it's easier if you give us the English version, in case we need to look you up.

I need my order delivered sooner, can I pay extra for a faster turnaround?

Rush Printing is an option to have your items printed more quickly than usual. We normally say to allow 4 working days for us to print and hand pack your MOO cards, but if you choose the Rush Printing option, we will print and pack the next working day. This is ideal if you are in a rush for an event, or have simply forgotten your usual re-order! There is a deadline for guaranteeing next day Rush Printing, all orders must be placed by midnight.

Does Rush Printing include Express Shipping?

No. You can select Rush Printing with any shipping option. To ensure the fastest possible delivery of your order, make sure you pick the combined Rush Printing and Express Shipping option on the Shipping Options page.

What days do you send out orders?

Every weekday, Monday to Friday (also known as 'business days' or 'working days').

How much does postage and packaging cost?

It depends what you've ordered and which shipping method you have selected. We'll show you exact prices when you make your order, but if you'd like to see a list of basic shipping costs, click here.

Rush Printing

What is Rush Printing?

Rush Printing is our next (working) day print service, the quickest print option when you are in a hurry. Order before midnight EST and GMT and we will print your order the next day.

Is Rush Printing available on all your print products?

Almost all MOO products are available with rush printing. Currently rush printing is not available on Stickers or Letterhead.

How much does Rush Printing cost?

It depends on how many cards you are printing. Below is a pricing list that applies to both Business Cards and MiniCards:

I just placed an order and now I'd like to add Rush Printing. Can I add it on?

We're afraid not. Due to the tight timescales of printing and packing within 24 hours, once you've placed your order we are unable to upgrade it and still guarantee the next day turnaround.

I can't see Rush Printing as an option

Rush printing is not available on Stickers, Letterheads or Flyers.

If you have any print products which are not available with rush printing, you will not see the option.

Collection at events

Can I collect my order from an event?

Yes for some events you can. We list events from which you can pick up your order in cart on the Shipping Options page.

Can I collect my order from a MOO office?

Not normally, but we do make occasional exceptions. We're based in London, England and Providence, Rhode Island, USA so if you'd like to find out more please contact our Customer Service team.

Tracking your order

Can I check the progress of my order?

Yes. All MOO orders show up in your account, and we'll tell you if your order is being processed, printed, or has been shipped. If you selected Express shipping, we'll email you a tracking number when your cards have been shipped. You can use this on DHL's web site to keep a close eye on your order in transit. If you've lost it, you can find all the information in the "Order History" section of "Your Account".
