Other companies have a 'Satisfaction Guarantee' - do you?

Yes, we do, but we call it The MOO Promise.

We've never really thought 'satisfaction guaranteed' was the most inspiring phrase. We'd like you to be satisfied of course, but we'd prefer it if you were absolutely thrilled with your order.

We take great pride in the work we do here at MOO; our tagline is 'We love to print' and we really mean it it.

Should you ever receive a MOO delivery that isn't up to scratch, please get in touch as soon as possible, and we'll do everything we can to fix it.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, or it's not right?

Tell us! The first thing to do is get in touch and tell us what's happened.

There's no need to send the order back to us, unless you've spoken to one of our CS team, and they've specifically requested it.

While we're active on Flickr, Twitter and other social networks, our contact form is always the best way to get in touch.

What's your process for dealing with damaged or messed up orders?

When you first get in touch with MOO, you'll receive a quick, auto-reponse email, just to let you know we've received your message.

One of our customer service agents will then respond personally, by the end of the next working day - often much sooner.

They're usually able to find a fix straight away. Occasionally one of our team will ask you a few more detailed questions, just to make sure we're fixing the right problem.

Sometimes we'll do a straight re-print of your order, other times we might give you a coupon so you can place a new order yourself, for free.

Ultimately, you'll take delivery of a brand new, correct order.

What if there's a problem and you can't fix it?

We'd be very surprised if we can't fix the problem - it doesn't happen often.

If we really can't fix it though, we'll give you your money back.

Customer Service 'Agents' - isn't that a bit of a sinister name?

Yes, it is a bit. It makes us feel like James Bond though, and we quite like that.
