How can I pay for my cards?

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards for direct payments. Or you can pay with American Express, Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta, or Visa Electron via your Paypal account.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can set one up as part of our checkout process.

Can I pay with cash or cheque?

Sorry, no.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. We take security extremely seriously, and use the most up-to-date security systems for handling online payments. We never store your credit card information on any of our computers.

Do you store any information about me?

Yes, some. We keep your name, email address, and a list of your previous orders, to make it easier for you to reorder in the future.

We don't store your credit card details.

Do you share any stored information with third parties?

No. And we never will. Ever.

I am ordering for my company, but there isn't a company credit card I can use. Do you accept any other form of payment?

Not normally, no. But if yours is a large organisation and you're placing a large order, we might be able to make alternative arrangements. Please get in touch and we'll talk it over.

I am VAT registered in the EU; how do I make sure I am not charged VAT?

Enter your VAT number when you order. We will check it with the Taxation and Customs Union and as long as it's valid, we won't add any VAT.

Do you do discounts for bulk orders?

We do. Please click for a list of MOO's prices and discounts.
