Can I reorder a pack I've ordered before?

Yes. Go to the 'Reorder' section of 'Your Account' (you can find the link to Your Account in the "Help" section found at the top of every page) - and look for the pack you want to buy again. Click "Reorder".

You can order an exact replica, or change it slightly if you wish.
