What do I do if my order hasn't arrived in the specified time?

You can check your order status by going to the 'Order History' section of 'Your Account' - you'll see a link to Your Account in the Help section of our top navigation bar.

If you chose Express shipping, you can also track your shipment via the dispatch email received when your cards were shipped.

Please remember that our delivery estimates (listed beside your order and at checkout) are estimates, and subject to a little variation. Please be patient. If your order hasn't arrived 5 working days after the estimated arrival date, let us know. (Sometimes the postal service can have a very busy week, and things can take longer than expected.)

My order status still says printing, but I expected it to be shipped by now.

If your order's been in printing status for more than 6 working days, something might have gone wrong. Its best to be patient, but if you simply cannot wait, please let us know about the problem and we'll sort it out as fast as possible.

Why can’t I track my order?

Standard delivery orders are not trackable, only orders that are shipped Express are fully trackable.

I placed an order and hoped to have my cards for an event, but they've not arrived. I don't want to go empty-handed.
