MOO Business Services Contest - Terms and Conditions
Our goal is to have a fun contest (which we’ll refer to as the ‘competition’) that gives entrants an opportunity to win a $1,000/£600 credit toward a new MOO Business Services account. MOO (or MOO Print Ltd. as we're sometimes known) is the sole... shall we say 'sponsor' of the competition.
We wish we didn’t have to have all these rules (we know they’re a bit long winded) – but we find making things clear up front avoids complicated questions later on. (It also keeps our lawyer happy.)
We’ve outlined the important details here, but remember, this IS for fun (and prizes!) so let’s all play nice and enjoy ourselves!
The Official Rules
How do I enter?
1.1. Simply complete the MOO Business Services form: www.moo.com/products/business-services/apply.html
1.2. Once you have completed the form, you have been entered in to the competition.
1.3. All form fields must be filled out honestly (that means no making stuff up!).
Who can enter?
2.1 Any employee of a company with 10 or more employees.
2.2 Entrants must take responsibility and abide by the local laws in the country in which they reside. (That means if it is illegal to enter a competition such as this one where you live, sadly you will not be able to participate for prizes.)
2.3 Existing MOO Business Services customers sadly cannot enter this contest. Sorry!
2.4 Employees (and relatives) of MOO Print Limited or MOO, Inc are also prohibited from entering.
When is the cut off date for entry?
3.1 Your form submission must be completed by 11:59pm (PDT) on May 12th 2012 in order to be entered into the competition.
How is a winner chosen?
4.1 One qualifying entrant (i.e. company of 10+ employees) will be chosen randomly from the pool of submissions entered over the 30 day competition period.
4.2. A random number generator (http://www.random.org/) will choose the winner.
What are the prizes?
5.1 The available prize for the competition is a $1,000/£600 credit toward a new MOO Business Services account.
5.2. There is no alternative (cash, hugs or otherwise) to this prize.
When are the winners announced?
6.1 MOO will contact the winner of the competition by June 1st 2012
6.2 It will be up to the entrant to respond within 30 days of this initial email to claim your prize
6.3 We will do everything we can to reach the winners, but if they do not claim their prizes by 11:59pm (PDT) June 30th 2012, MOO reserve the right to award a new winner.
6.4 The winner will be publicly announced on SmallBizTrends.com
Cancellation of the Competition
7.1. Say it isn’t so! MOO Print Limited retain the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond our control – including unforeseen technical complications, or legal requirements.
